Facilitation
- Present each of the 4 categories:
- Identify one of your HILLS: A SPECIFIC area of passion at work (i.e., writing instruction; team morale).
- Identify one of your QUIRKS: A particular trait or behavior that might show up in the work day (i.e., doodles a lot; says “thank you” excessively)
- Identify one of your ELATIONS: A small thing that brings you JOY during the work day (i.e., decaffeinated lemon tea; cute animal videos)
- Identify one of your FRUSTRATIONS: A small thing that really bothers you during the work day (i.e. looks at phone when speaking to you; paper left on classroom floor).
- Team members share each of their categories. You can have individuals present all four at once, or you can whip around for each category.
- You may also want to share takeaways: what is one thing you learned from the shares that you want to take with you? Did anyone share something that shifts your perspective / builds your awareness?
